Welcome to VerifiedSaaSRevenue. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VerifiedSaaSRevenue website, platform, and services. By using VerifiedSaaSRevenue, you agree to these Terms.

VerifiedSaaSRevenue is a public platform that displays verified SaaS revenue data, analytics, rankings, and startup profiles. Revenue data is pulled directly from supported payment providers using read-only API keys provided by startup owners.
VerifiedSaaSRevenue is not a payment processor, broker, escrow service, or financial advisor.
By using VerifiedSaaSRevenue, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to submit information on behalf of a business.
To verify revenue, founders must provide a read-only API key from a supported payment provider such as Stripe or LemonSqueezy.
These keys must be restricted to read access only. VerifiedSaaSRevenue cannot charge customers, issue refunds, modify accounts, or access sensitive customer data.
VerifiedSaaSRevenue only accesses revenue-related metrics, including:
We do not collect customer personal data.
You may revoke or rotate your API key at any time through your payment provider. Once revoked, revenue updates will stop immediately.
Revenue data displayed on VerifiedSaaSRevenue is pulled directly from third-party payment provider APIs. We do not modify or manipulate this data.
You acknowledge that inaccuracies may occur due to provider outages, API limitations, or configuration issues. VerifiedSaaSRevenue is not responsible for errors originating from third-party services.
All startup profiles, metrics, rankings, and badges are publicly visible by default.
By submitting a startup, you grant VerifiedSaaSRevenue the right to display your startup information, verified revenue metrics, charts, rankings, and badges publicly.
You may remove your startup at any time.
Editing or deleting a startup requires validation using the original payment provider API key to verify ownership.
If a valid API key is not provided, editing and deletion will be restricted.
VerifiedSaaSRevenue provides embeddable badges to display verified revenue on third-party websites.
Badges must not be altered, misrepresented, or used to imply endorsement beyond revenue verification.
We reserve the right to disable badge access if API verification is revoked or misuse is detected.
Leaderboards, rankings, and projected revenue metrics are generated using automated calculations based on historical data.
Projected revenue values are estimates only and are not guarantees of future performance.
You acknowledge that projections are informational and should not be relied upon for financial or investment decisions.
VerifiedSaaSRevenue may allow startups to indicate availability for sale and display asking prices.
VerifiedSaaSRevenue does not participate in negotiations, transactions, or transfers of ownership.
All interactions between buyers and sellers occur independently.

All content, branding, design, and software on VerifiedSaaSRevenue is owned by VerifiedSaaSRevenue or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform without permission.
VerifiedSaaSRevenue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability of the platform for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifiedSaaSRevenue and its operators shall not be liable for:
